Last year Anne Savage – one of the world’s leading ladies in dance music – joined forces with the word’s best hard dance producer – Ben Keen aka BK. They created a masterpiece album in the form of Pandemic, which will be released just in time for their visit to the Whiskey on March 20.

Pandemic reveals the diversity of both Anne & BK’s sounds, reflecting their independent and collective histories in the scene over the past decade. Trend setting – not following, this album is due to set the standard for harder edge dance music for the next 10 years, and to predict and dictate the future of UK hard dance.

Anne Savage is one of the world’s leading ladies in dance music with a career that spans over nearly two decades. She has evolved as a DJ embracing everything from electronica to hard dance, playing the best clubs and festivals across the globe. She’s become a best-selling producer with a more accomplished and diverse CV than most DJs could dream of, constantly finding new ways to look and sound more vital than ever. In 1996 Anne was the first UK female ever to DJ in Canada and was soon headlining huge events in Toronto and Vancouver to crowds of over 10,000 people and built a huge fan base.

BK is one of the most successful creative producers of Hard Dance in the UK. He has had hits worldwide including “Revolution” and “Music Is Moving,” and his production skills have dominated the global hard house era. He began his production career began at the age of 16 training as an engineer at a studio and writing music for television and film. During his spare time, BK made use of the equipment in the studio, experimenting with a variety of his own sounds. He began producing his own tracks at Media Records, and later joined Nukleuz Records - the UK’s leading hard house label – where he really excelled in the field of Hard House. He’s gone on to headline some of the world’s biggest dance events including Global Gathering UK, Gatecrasher Summer Sound System UK, Lashed Ibiza and Code Japan.
